Technique of Dietary Supplementation of Guanidinoacetic Acid for Growth Improvement of Catfish (Pangasius hypophthalmus)

The present study aims to determine the best technique of Guanidinoacetic acid (GAA) supplementation improve retention added GAA after immersion in water on growth performance Pangasius catfish (Pangasius hypophthalmus). juveniles with a mean body weight and length 16.05 ± 0.47 g 12.42 0.30 cm were randomly distributed into 9 pond units (2 x 1 0,6 m). Three experimental diets formulated contain (0,5% kg-1 GAA) different supplementation, i.e. control, pelleting spray-coating fed fish for 60 days culture. results showed that average biomass diet by was higher (p<0.05) than control. In conclusion, consumption containing resulted Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan metode terbaik dalam suplementasi pada pakan meningkatkan retensi penambahan setelah perendaman di air kinerja pertumbuhan ikan patin Benih dengan rata-rata bobot dan panjang dipelihara unit kolam ukuran Ikan diberikan selama hari pemeliharaan tiga perlakuan yaitu; kontrol (tanpa GAA); (penambahan 0,5% kg/GAA); spray coating kg/GAA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kg/GAA memberikan biomasa paling tinggi dibandingkan lain (p<0.05). Kesimpulan dari adalah jika patin.
